Books

This is where you’ll find capsule descriptions of all my published writing, including the novels of the Outlander series, the Lord John Grey series (which is actually part of the larger series, but focused on the character of Lord John), the nonfiction and miscellaneous short stuff.  I didn’t include things like my 400-page doctoral dissertation, “Nest Site Selection in the Pinyon Jay, Gymnorhinus cyanocephalus,” even though some (slightly obsessed) fans have gone to some lengths to get it–nor yet any of the software reviews, tutorials, or other stuff from my early career as a scientist and free-lance writer (though if I can find the issue of Texas Longhorn Journal that published my article on how to clean a longhorn cow’s skull in order to use it as a wall or yard ornament, I might….well, no, maybe not).

I’ve made an attempt to provide excerpts of all the books; if any are missing, they’ll be added during the next little while.
